Returns and Refunds

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. For health and safety reasons, toys that have been chewed, played with, washed, damaged through use, or altered cannot be returned.

To request a return, contact DOGGY DREAMS with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for return instructions before sending your item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We’ll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover return shipping when required.

Final-sale items and gift cards cannot be returned. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
