Doggy Dreamers currently ships within the United States.
Order processing
Orders are prepared for shipment within 3 business days. Business days exclude weekends and US holidays. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
Shipping options
- Standard shipping: $8, or free on qualifying orders. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping: $15. Estimated delivery is 2–3 business days after dispatch.
Available rates and any free-shipping qualification are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates and aren’t guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and address issues can affect delivery times.
Address changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We can’t guarantee changes after an order has entered fulfillment.
Lost, delayed, or damaged packages
If tracking shows unusual delays, or your package arrives damaged, contact Doggy Dreamers with your order number and photos when applicable. We’ll help investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate next step.
